Asahi Water Treatment Agents

Asahi's water treatment agent are a special polymer-based cleaning agent that has been perfected through compounding technology based on the results of advanced research over many years and a wealth of accumulated experience.
In addition to the conventional phosphoric acid type, we have a wide variety of types such as non-phosphorus type cleaning agents and multi-purpose can treatment agents.

Features

Suitable for various boilers
For various types of boiler water, we carry out precise analysis and study, and deliver the optimum formulation for the water supply and operating conditions.
Of course, fine adjustments are also made by regular water sampling analysis.
Prevention of scale adhesion
The special polymer works to disperse scale components such as residual hardness so that they do not react or precipitate, and is quickly discharged out of the can by blowing.
Detachment of existing scale
It prevents the growth of crystals such as calcium, gradually exfoliates the existing scale, and quickly discharges it out of the can by blowing.
Complete corrosion prevention
Forms a special film to protect the can body.
Sludge dispersion
Not only sludge such as scale, but also sludge such as iron oxide brought into the can by drain recovery, etc. is dispersed so that it does not adhere to the heat transfer surface and is discharged along with the blow.

Asahi Deoxidizer

The biggest enemy of in-can corrosion is dissolved oxygen. Asahi deoxidizer quickly removes this dissolved oxygen and protects the inside of the can from corrosion.
Hydrazine type, sodium sulfite type, sugar type, etc. are available depending on the purpose and place of use.
A reaction accelerator is added to each component to quickly react with the dissolved oxygen in the feed water to remove the dissolved oxygen.
Dissolved oxygen content varies with temperature.Add the oxygen absorber according to the amount of dissolved oxygen.

Sludge dispersant

The sludge dispersant is a product mainly made of special polymer, and it works effectively on the sludge generated in the boiler, mainly iron oxides, calcium and magnesium scales generated by silica and hardness leaks, and removes impurities such as these. Prevents deposits from adhering to the heat transfer surface.
At the same time, the existing scale is also removed and peeled off to keep the inside of the boiler clean.
Please use it as a supplement to the boiler agent when the condition inside the boiler is not good.

Asahi Anticorrosive

M alkalinity in soft water (HCO3-ions) are decomposed at high temperature and pressure in the boiler to form carbon dioxide gas (CO2) is generated and migrates with the steam.
And it lowers the pH and promotes steam line corrosion.CO supplied to the steam line from the boiler2dissolves again during condensation of the vapor and its PH changes to that of CO2PH20 or less by dissolving 5.0ppm.
CO2combines with iron to form iron bicarbonate Fe (HCO3)2form O2It becomes ferrous hydroxide under the influence of and further corrodes the steel surface.
Asahi anti-corrosion agents that protect steam lines from corrosion are broadly divided into amine-based and film-based anti-corrosion agents.

Amine

As soon as it enters the boiler, it evaporates and is transported with steam to all places in the system, producing harmful carbon dioxide (CO2) to prevent corrosion of steam lines.
