Way
Coagulation sedimentation type
PAC, aluminum sulfate, polymer flocculants, etc. are injected to create flocs and precipitate impurities.
The clarified water in the upper part is discharged from the overflow plate.
Sediment in the lower part is periodically drawn out into the sludge tank, treated with a dehydrator, etc., and disposed of outside the system.
pressurized floating
As with coagulation sedimentation, flocs are formed by injecting inorganic flocculants or polymer flocculants, but if the density of particles in the liquid is lower than the density of the liquid, they are attached to microbubbles in pressurized water to lighten them and separate them by flotation. Floating matter deposited on the upper part is scraped up and sent to the sludge tank for disposal.
Activated sludge method
A typical example of biological treatment is to install a water tank made of concrete or the like and perform aeration.
In this aeration tank, the floc-like aerobic bacteria are adjusted so that they are always constant, BOD in the wastewater is aerobically oxidized and decomposed, the purified water and activated sludge are separated in the sedimentation tank, and the purified water is discharged outside. The removed activated sludge is continuously returned to the aeration tank. In addition, the activated sludge that exceeds the control value is treated with a dehydrator, etc., and treated outside the system.
Rotating disc system
It purifies wastewater by naturally generating purifying microorganisms in the filter media such as discs.
In the case of a rotating disc, as the disc rotates, it adsorbs oxygen from the air and BOD, etc. from the wastewater, and decomposes it aerobically.This method does not require a blower.
Carrier treatment method
Microorganisms live in the porous carrier and the concentration of microorganisms increases, so the treatment capacity can be increased two to three times compared to the normal activated sludge method. Space can be saved at the same time.
Filtration method
We use pressure-type and gravity-type filtration devices to remove suspended solids and suspended particles, and to adsorb colors, odors, chlorine and organic matter.Select the water flow rate and filter media according to the purpose.
Ion exchange method
Ion Exchange Resin is used to remove trace amounts of heavy metals and ammonia.
Reverse osmosis method
This method separates inorganic and organic components, regardless of whether they are insoluble or soluble, using R/O equipment, etc.Rather than wastewater treatment, it is often used in the concentration process in the chemical industry and food factories.
Formalin removal equipment
Formalin contained in wastewater is removed by the activated sludge method.
Naturally, BOD and COD can also be removed.
PH neutralization equipment
Reliably neutralizes all acidic and alkaline water with 1-stage or 2-stage neutralization.
Depending on the amount of water, it will be delivered as a unit.
Halophilic treatment
Biological treatment of wastewater with high salt concentration.
